Diet plays an important thing in our lives. I only realized this when I started researching ways of getting pregnant at my age (36). In this forum lots of emphasis is place on a balanced an healthy diet. I never realized that skipping and eating unhealthy meals could cause you not to ovulate, so thanks for the info! |

I used to miss my periods when I was in my teens. Luckily it normalized itself when I got to college. Although my obstetrician says that this sort of problem is normal during teenage years, I am now worried that maybe this is why I have a hard time getting pregnant now? |
