Nope. Prolactin is what triggers women to breastfeed. It is the hormone responsible for lactation. Men and women have this. If there is an excess of prolactin in the bloodstream, women don't ovulate and you wont be able to get pregnant.

I have never heard of prolactin before. why is there prolactin in men? we dont lactate.

hmmm... I guess this is why you cant get pregnant during breastfeeding because of this hormone. what causes prolactin to suddenly increase?
