I dont know if they have surgery for this but usually anovulation is treated by prescribing birth control pill or hormone replacement therapy. |

if the problem is no ovulation, can it be because of defective ovaries? perhaps this is why there is surgery to correct the ovaries. |

After BCP and hormone replacement therapy I think there are surgeries available. This depends on the doctor if you are a viable candidate for the operation. |

Surgery is possible but not immediately recommended. The first step when anovulation is diagnosed in a woman is to undergo medical therapy. There is a high success rate when it comes to therapy alone that surgery only becomes a last resort when all else have failed. |
