What are cervical diseases that can affect fertility?

cervical cancer and STDs can cause infertility.

I know only of one and that is cervical cancer. It greatly affects fertility because cancer affects the lower part of the uterus which connects the upper uterus to the birth canals.

undetected and untreated STD like chlamydia can severely affect fertility. the cervix is the entrance to the womb so anything that harms it has the potential to harm one's fertility.

All I can think of is cervical cancer and if this is the case, then I would say there is virtually no chance of having a baby. The reproductive organs will most likely be removed depending on the stage of the cancer and then there will be chemo.
