Do you think that being emotionally unstable when pregnant affects the baby's health? Like for instance having a problem or trouble with your husband and then you always feel sad about it. Is it true that it affects the baby's condition inside your womb?

Depression and anxiety can increase your risk for preterm labor. Untreated, these conditions can hamper your ability to care for yourself and your developing baby.

I think so,.. i experienced this when i was pregnant it's very difficult. Mostly said that the possibility is that, the baby will be abnormal or any negative that will affect the baby. however, by prayer i'm so thankful to God that my baby is very healthy, normal and beautiful. LOL

Yep! it has a great chance that your baby inside your womb will be affected. It is because of too much thinking that causes you to become stress and possibility the baby's brain is the first to be affected and that's why there are many special child or abnormal.

it is very important that it's really better not to be emotional when you're pregnant. My bestfriend, sad to say, her baby is mongloid. She only said to me that when she was pregnant she had many problems that sometimes made her think to die.

Oh..that's pretty sad Ronalyn. I have a friend also who had an experienced in having trouble or problem during her pregnancy. She opted to keep herself busy in a productive and creative way. She learned to cook new recipes and doing cross-stitch rather than thinking too much about the problem. It really does affect baby's health when you get stressed, thinking too much, and always feeling sad. So, try to avoid doing these.
