Pain relief medications such as aspirin and ibuprofen are NOT recommended in most pregnancies; however, acetaminophen may be recommended by your health care provider. You can also try to relieve your headache by natural remedies like, massaging your shoulders and neck, an effective way to relieve pain; Rest in a dark room and practice deep breathing.

I agree with Ladyinwhite. But still, the safest way to cure it is to really go and ask your doctors recommendation. I usually get sleep at least 2-3 hrs when I had headaches when I was pregnant.

being pregnant is not really easy. When i was pregnant i don 't really like to rely on medicine even if it is prescribed by a doctor. I like to defense it in a natural way. Well, in my case i used to drink a lot of water for me not to be dehydrated coz this can be one to cause headache, and had enough rest.
