I am not sure. I think it would be better if you used an ovulation stimulation hormone.

what is the test to determine if a woman does not ovulate regularly? because as I understand it you can have your period but not ovulate.

Yes. Ovulation can be treated with diet.

Ovulation and menstruation are separate processes. You can ovulate and not menstruate and the opposite is true.

Irregular ovulation can be cured with proper diet, and irregular periods are usually what happens when you don't ovulate regularly.

Ovulation is the process in which egg is released from the ovary. This is an important process for sucessful pregnancy. Irregular ovulation occurs when the process of ovulation becomes irregular but is not completly absent. This condition is also known as Oligovulation. In case, the ovulation is entirely absent then the condition is termed as Anovulation.
