i remember that I went through a PCT or postcoital test to determine whether sperm is able to penetrate & survive in the cervical mucus.

has anybody had this test too. I came out with flying colors btw! :D

My wife had this in one of the many tests that she and I had to take. Her cervical mucus is a bit hostile but it is just one of the many factors that makes infertility our problem.

Good for you! My friend had it too but it's really not successful.

How do you make cervical mucus more friendly to the sperm? can this be done naturally?

I think you can try to use eggwhite during intercourse since it is make of protein which the sperm really like. Protein helps carry the sperm to the cervix. So i think this is a good alternative to making your mucus sperm friendly.

this test is very important. some women's cervical mucus is not only lubricant but it serves as protection from the sperm. if it is hostile then the sperm will not survive the journey to the cervix and to the uterus.

I want to try it too but don't know really what I should do..anybody could explain it more to me? please?

Wife also has hostile cervical mucus. Which is why we are looking into other techniques like ai and ivf to see if we can get pregnant.
