Our physical body needs to relax. And it is very important before having sexual play, one must be a good partner if she was having a relaxation before sex. Then possible fertilization takes place.

Spending a lazy day in the spa sounds like a godsend! it helps you relax and unwind. Women who worry about getting pregnant are also stressed and it does the body good to take a break once in a while.

I'm in favor of the idea to relax, good relaxation is to have a clear and stress should flew out of the mind, never grind any problems that may crop-up. Stay calm and have a self control.

When the body and mind is relax, this makes it more conducive to sex. You're not in a rush and you feel sexier. I am all for relaxing.

Relaxation has a great help in having fertility. The minds and the physical bodies of the couple must be relaxed before having sexual play. There must have a preliminary hugs and kisses coupled with sweet communication.
