Studies have shown that exercise can help you get pregnant. It can help boost female fertility. Can you suggest or name what particular exercise is this?

Walking can be one. If you're new to exercise then i suggest you to walk. This is a great place to start as there are really no excuse not to get outside for a wander no matter how unfit you feel.

I suggest swimming too. It's effective, i tried this. As explained, swimming is one of the best exercises to try both before and during pregnancy as it provides you with a great cardiovascular workout while using all of your major muscle groups so that you tone up too.

Another is yoga. If you can only try then it's very calming and relaxing. It's fantastic for helping you to feel calm and relaxed while toning and elongating your muscles.

I love to dance. And dancing is one of these helpful exercises. This is simply easy and enjoyable. MOst especially it is a great way to stay fit and flexible when you're trying to conceive.

more reason why yoga is one of the suggested exercise to boost fertility is that it is effective for lowering stress levels.
