In very rare cases it can. UTI is caused by bacteria which can be pushed up during intercourse. This can then reach the ovaries, fallopian tubes and other organs. If UTI develops into PID then this can cause infertility problems in women. |

I never knew UTI could do this. I have had several episodes in the past but I always get treatment right away because it is really painful when you pee! |
