I love to it avocado. I am curious if this kind of fruit helps men and women in boosting fertility?

Yes this can boost fertility. This fruit is a rich source of vitamin E which is a powerful antioxidant and an essential fertility nutrient for both men and women as it improves the viability of sperm and helps to regulate both ovulation and the production of cervical mucus.

Yep! this can help Van28. In fact, this is also an excellent source of unsaturated fats which are essential for healthy hormone functioning. Another helpful vegetable source is olive oil which functions like avocado.

Staying healthy could be very helpful in boosting fertility. Eating nutritious foods and regular exercise are the best ways for a woman to who wants get pregnant. But if you have difficulty in getting pregnant no matter how you maintain a healthy lifestyle, i think you should see a doctor to know for sure what exactly the solution and the cause for this problem.
