Maybe it is caused by UTI? Guys can have UTI too.

Pain in the penis can be caused by an infection, std and uti. Other causes are cancer of the penis, an erection that wont go away, and even infection of the foreskin in uncircumcised men.

Too much sex can cause penile pain, especially when during intercourse the womans vagina is not well lubricated. Some women are not very wet, pardon the term, down there.

Otherwise it could be STD. Most probable cause is STD. I have never been diagnosed with STD but has experienced like the foreskin of my penis is hurting from too much sex.

I'd like to share that at times a man's penis can get irritated from intercourse even if the woman's vagina is lubricated. Happened to me more than once, but rarely, and a few of my guy friends have confessed that they've experienced it. The irritation is only one one side of the penis where the friction between skin of penis and vagina is at the most. Masturbation can result too.
