It does not follow that if you have 28 day cycle you have ovulation on the 14th day. |

I'm really not so sure of it. You can have your calendar of ovulation to make sure of the days you are ovulating. |

it will be trickier so pay attention to the changes in your body. aside from the temp and the mucus, your breast will also start to become tender and in my case, i get a few pimples. this is due to the hormone changes in the body during ovulation. |

I think each women knows some changes in her body..she can identify whether she's ovulation period or not. Have your instinct work it out for you..you know it.. |

Not all women ovulate on the 14 even those with the 28 day cycle. this is why charting is very important. I keep a journal of all my bodily changes to make sure that I can predict ovulation correctly. |

Try using an ovulation predictor kit. a few days before ovulation there is a release of a certain hormone and will signal the start of your ovulation process. |
You need to have an ovulation chart so that you can monitor your best ovulation day..to make sure you really get pregnant. |
Yeah, the best way is by having ovulation prediction kits. |

it would be better to use an ovulation kit to predict ovulation especially if your period is short. you can incrase predicting chances if you use it with other methods such as BBT and charting. |

Yes, I also agree. It's really good that you have to combined it with other methods in predicting ovulation. |

my period ranges from 28-35 days, so what we do is we keep track of cervical mucus, my BBT and use a fertility monitor since I am irregular. |
