has anybody here tried home insemination kits like Total Conception???

Thinking of buying one, what do you think?

ImABabyMama - October 25th, 2010 2:19 AM

we tried something similar to total conception early one and was not successful. it can be messy if you do it for the first time.

with home insemination kit, timing is very important.

No. Ive not tried but I am curious. I hear that these are expensive. How true?

It can be messy the first few times. But with practice, it gets better.

They can be quite expensive. Ranging from $100-$300 per kit. There are cheaper kits but they are not complete.

Home insemination is really quite expensive. But it has the advantage of being performed in the comfort of the person's home. With proper timing, paraphernalia and positioning, pregnancy can be surely achieved.

Tried this and failed... twice...

This procedure is quite easy..although expensive but at least, you don't have the agony of visiting a Doctor.

It is convenient to use because you are at home. However timing is still important. It is also easier on the body because there are no drugs involved.

Yes. This was one of our first experiments when we wanted to try if we could do it ourselves. It was messy at first but after 6 tries we decided that we would let the pros do it.

Is a home insemination kit totally safe?

don't they have like videos that tell you how it's used? I mean, nothing explicit, but enough to be understood and timed.
