Can we have a list of Assisted Reproductive Technology here?

ART, acccdg, to Wikipedia is - "a general term referring to methods used to achieve pregnancy by artificial or partially artificial means. It is reproductive technology used primarily in infertility treatments."

Now I'll start with some and feel free to add more on what that I've missed.
* Artificial insemination (AI)
* In-Vitro Fertilisation (IVF)
* Gamete Intrafallopian Transfer (GIFT)
* Fertility medication (may be expanded to details)
* Surrogacy

You missed Zygote Intrafallopian Transfer or ZIFT for short.
There is also Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection (ICSI).
What about Embryo Transfers, I think they are considered as ART.
