Wise_gurl - April 19th, 2011 2:08 AM

Basal body temperature is the lowest temperature that your body will generally have.

Gen_youngs43v3r - April 19th, 2011 10:24 AM

we need to have idea about our BBT, coz this is very important for conception. This occurs right away when waking up in the morning and this is one of the basis for home pregnancy test to determine if a woman is pregnnat.

i know this BBT. Do you know when is the best time to measure this BBt?

anne_4ever - April 19th, 2011 10:38 AM

It is best time to measure your basal body temperature is before you eat, drink, move around, or even get out of bed.

bloosom - April 19th, 2011 12:06 PM

is basal temperature indicator useful?

Van28 - April 19th, 2011 12:11 PM

Yep! This is a useful indicator of when exactly you have ovulated. Also, by tracking your BBT from month to month you can get a relatively accurate idea about when you are going to ovulate, and when the best time for conception.

Ladyinwhite - April 19th, 2011 12:18 PM

BBT is necessary coz its measurements are a good way to know when you are going to be fertile.

Mamasgirl - April 19th, 2011 12:26 PM

If keep tracking and record carefully your basal body temperature throughout your monthly cycle then you'll be able to notice a pattern in which your basal body temperature fluctuates.

Carmi - April 19th, 2011 12:36 PM

what will happen to BBT after ovulatioN?

Pinky - April 19th, 2011 1:04 PM

After your ovulation your basal body temperature will increase slightly.

Intsik - April 19th, 2011 1:18 PM

As very important coz it can tell you when ovulation has occurred so you must keep track your bbt.
