I believe so. I mean clomid stimulates follicles for ovulation and it can show up as a false positive during tests. But you can avoid this by not checking for ovulation too soon during your cycle. This is why it is important to be consistent not only in the times of taking ovulation tests but in taking medication too. If you take clomid and do a test, then it can interfere. |

It can give false postive if you take clomid too closely with the time for you to take your ovulation test. make sure that they are further apart because clomid's job is to stimulate the ovaries. |

I have heard about this complaint with Clomid and most other fertility drugs. So be careful when you take your ovulation tests. Too close and it will interfere. |
