hello...

I have a difficulty in getting pregnant. I don' t really know why. What can you advise me for me to have a way on getting pregnant?

how old are you? if you are older than 35 then you need to go to an RE for an exam. If you are below 35, i suggest sex during your ovulation period for maximum results.

my advice is for you to start keeping a journal that records your menstrual period this way you can see patterns and predict ovulation better.

The best way to do is to consult an OB. So she can give you the advices that you have to follow. Maintaining a healthy lifestyle also could be very helpful to those who wants to get pregnant.

I agree to what Chelsy advised. More advises for you, eat a healthy foods especially green leafy veges like spinach which contains nutrients in helping you increase fertility and avoid being too stress.
