Are there herbal remedies for infertility?

Glynda - May 6th, 2010 4:30 PM

In Chinese medicine they usually give the men Panax Ginseng for this. Women can take red clover, nettle leaves and raspberry leaves.

Yes, there is and it's safe to use without the problem of having side effects. Over the counter supplement for infertility was also proven effective solution for such problems but certain studies said that the side effect of these medications can contribute to breast cancer.

There are many natural herbal hormone balancing solutions that work quite well. You can take herbs for added vitamins, minerals and the needed essential nutrition of course. But of course, you will also have to practice a very healthy and good lifestyle to be able to get a positive result.

I've read of a herb name called Black Cohosh to be a very well known herb for women. This is a natural source of estrogen that doesn't have the side effects as synthetic version do.

Ginseng is great! It has lots of other benefits aside from increasing virility and stamina!

Ive heard good stuff about dong quai but not adviceable for women over 40 as this increases blood flow to the uterus and can increase the chance of fibroids in women this age.
