this is very important especially on the fourth trimester. As the baby develop more inside the womb, iron is very essential for baby's brain development. Also, so that the mother will not be prone to anemia.

of course! this prevent pregnant women of having an iron deficiency anemia. Also, this will help the baby for good brain development and also the muscles and arteries.

the blood's haemoglobin or iron, is important for transporting oxygen around your body. When pregnant, your baby relies on you to provide the iron she needs as well.Towards the end of pregnancy your baby needs lots of iron to help her grow and give her sufficient stores after birth.

YES!!! Pregnant women body will put their baby's needs first so, if you don't have enough iron supplies, you are more likely to end up anaemic.
