How effective are treatments like surgery? Example surgery for blocked fallopian tubes etc.

I hear that these can improve chances. But it does not mean that once you have the surgery then you will automatically get pregnant. There are other factors to consider.

I agree! There are other factors outside the surgery to consider like the mother's age and stress factor coz these have a lot of impact on conception.

Surgery is good and one of the effective ways to treat female fertility problems. But of course, this kind of treatment is also known to have a side effect.

Yes! There are some minor side effects that can result from fertility surgery. But the good thing is, these side effects will generally resolve on their own and last for only a few days.

Fertility treatment is good and proven to be very effective kind of treatment. But then again,it's good that you ask your fertility specialist regarding your concerns about this procedure prior for you to have this treatment.

Yes, it's true. I guess, your doctor or the fertility specialist is the best person who can give you all the necessary information you need whether this kind of treatment is really effective or not.
