Vitamins, minerals, herbs and other supplements can provide substancial benefits. At the same time, supplements-even if they are derived from plants and other natural sources-are chemicals substances that can sometimes have marked side effects. Moreover, if used unwisely, they can be toxic.

everything has risks including natural or organic supplements. it would be wise to pick up supplements that are fda approved.

That's a nice suggestion, don't take medication unless it is prescribed by the doctor. To be safe.

Natural and organic derivatives also carry the risk of allergies. So be wary and try out your supplements in small doses before going for the big ones.

Heart7654 - September 16th, 2010 2:31 AM

Natural does not mean safe and even really natural. Make sure you read the labels of your supplements. If you can organic is also a good alternative. Just make sure you arent allergic to the ingredients.

That's a good suggestion from all of you guys! It is mush better to have a precautions. When you buy some medicine take not to be extra careful. We don't know the side effect of this medicine whether it can do us good or it can do us harmful effects.

I do agree..every thing we have today has good and at the same time has negative effect also. that's why before trying all sorts of thing, better be sure f it's really safe.

If its not FDA approved, ask for recommendations from family or friends who have used fertility supplements. If it works for them then there is a possiblility of the supplement working for you too!

Prevention as they say is better than cure..-] Is that so?

babyLOVE - September 19th, 2010 3:49 AM

I usually get recommendations from people I know when it comes to supplements. Fish oil for example is not all FDA approved but we have supplements like these at home.

today we can guarantee that everything are safe! or let's say, we just be reminded that our era today is full of toxins, chemicals and preservatives that can harm us, and probably causes infertility. That's why infertility issues today is very prevalent.
