how does low sperm motility affect conceptio?

From the word 'motile'. It is a biological term which refers to the ability to move.

Sperm motility is important because if the sperm don't move (or very slow) how can these reach the egg of the woman to fertilize it? A good sperm motility is there is good forward movement of the sperm.

There are 3 classifications of motility if I remember correctly
1) Progressively Motile - swims forward in a generally straight line
2) Non-Progressively Motile - the sperm does not in a forward straight line; it could be going around in circles
3) Non-motile - this one is obvious, the sperm is not moving
