I recall a very important note from Julie Redfern, L.D., R.D.N., at Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston, she stated "that the total body water is essential in that it cushions and lubricates all tissues and organs. Also, it is being the key in facilitating the delivery of nutrients and hormones throughout the body,”

Japanese practice water intake daily after they wake up coz as said by them, there are beneficial effects for so many ailments, including many that relate directly to your fertility issues like menstrual problems and problems with the uterus.

i believe in it Ronalyn and that is why Japanese used to call it water treatment. by the way here are more related to fertility issues that water can help namely: urinary and renal problems, excess fat, diabetes and constipation.
