yes it can help but its not really a pleasant way of checking for ovulation. you need to stick your fingers inside to locate your cervix. as you go through your cycle and ovulation you will be able to feel certain changes in the position and the texture of your cervix. |

I stopped doing this because it can get pretty icky especially during ovulation. I also injured my cervix a bit when i tried to prod it and a nail snagged. so if you want to do this make sure your hand is clean and your nails short... |

gonna add my tip: write your observations and findings in a journal. I use an excel sheet for easier record keeping but a notebook will do. this will make it easier for you to recall and record the position of your cervix during, before and after ovulation...:) |

Yes it can! you can track the position of your cervix by feeling it up. YOu can also take not of the changes in texture to help you predict ovulation! |

I hear that when it's smooth and slightly raised it is a sign of ovulation. While I want to try it, im kind of intimidated by sticking my fingers inside my vajayjay. |
