Does proper and regular exercise help my body to conceive? I don't plan to have a baby til later in life, maybe when I'm 30. I want to prioritize my career first. The thought of bringing a child into this world unprepared financially and everything is a big NO to me. So being fit helps?

My brother who married early didn't get to have a child with his wife until she turned 31. I don't believe her wife even exercised regularly. There are many factors, I believe, that will affect us from getting pregnant at an older age and it's not just about being fit or not.

The answer is YES.

Keeping our body fit, healthy diet and not being too stressed at work helps a bunch when the time comes that we want a baby.

I laud your decision on being financially capable before bringing in another human being into the world. That shows responsibility. You will truly be a great mum CherriBell. Best of luck to your career and future baby.

+1 on staying fit and healthy. Even if it does not improve the chance of conception, what harm can it possible do if you regularly exercise? Nothing. But I believe a physically fit woman has a higher chance of conceiving compared to the opposite.
