Hi, I believe it does. The fertility experts recommends certain sex positions such as the man on top, and they also recommend putting a pillow under the woman's hips to help the sperm travel to the uterus. They also recommend the woman to lie still for about 15-20minutes.

I did this and I conceived pretty quickly for the three times I got pregnant, unfortunately I did miscarry with two of them though, so now trying again.
