ive been a peco-vegetarian for 5 years since we were advised by our fertility doctor to live a healthier lifestyle if we wanted to conceive. And although we are still waiting, I am happy to report that we have felt stronger, healthier and more relaxed ever since we stopped eating red meat including chicken. Eating seafoods and vegetables have really helped with our bodies getting healthier. |

sounds yummy! We eat most of the above mentioned foods and always try to eat healthy from breakfast till dinner time. Sometimes its great to pig out on pizza or ice cream and we indulge from time to time but if you want something bad... like a baby... then its a small sacrifice to make! :D |
