I am a 61 male who has had a vasectomy 27 years ago. I am now remarried to a 26 years old; we want to start a family and I thought of artificial insemination as opposed to IVF.
I do not want to have a reversal as it won't work. Is there anyone that has some kind of notion on the possibility of doing artificial insemination via the estraction of sperms from the testicles ?
