It differs but for me, I feel as though someone pinched me on my lower left or right side just above my pelvic bone. I heard that some women feel as though they are cramping.

Good way but not always accurate coz sometimes I feel no pain.

The pain women experienced are really different from the others.For me, I'm totally not sure of it..it's hard for me to describe the pain, actually.

Mine is too painful that i almost faint every time I have it. Those were so hard on my part especially if I'm having my work deadlines.

my ovulation pain is mild cramps. i get it for a couple of hours and then its OK again until i get my period...

wow. i thought you only had pain or cramps when having period. I will ask my wife if she experiences ovulation pain. Although she has not mentioned it to me.

I have ovulation tingling in my left leg. I notice that right around ovulation, my left leg tingles like its getting numb!

My co-worker has a headache during ovulation week. It's different from woman to woman.
