I wouldnt say that there is a most effective one but to be sure combine two methods. Example calendar method with BBT or BBT with cervical mucus method. |

There are ovulation predictor kits available OTC. I am not sure what they call the other which are not disposables. I think it's a " ovulation monitor". Ask at the local pharmacy. They may have it. |

If you have regular periods then a simple chart can keep track of ovulation dates. Also use an ovulation calculator which is avaiable free online. |

I have one of those ovulation kits that monitor through saliva. You should try this. Very easy to use. |
