I would rather diet slowly than do it rapidly. I know how hard it is to cope wit PCOS and wanting to get pregnant but doing things harshly can have a negative effect on your body. Plus, carbs are the body's fuel. You will always be tired if you dont get enough carbs in your body. |

Rapid dieting is really not good! It will not give you the good health result you need..it might worsen your problem. So, think of it a thousand times before doing it. |

you know this doesnt sound very healthy and to me rapidly losing weight means that your body will be stress and so will you. i suggest slowly losing the weight if you can. |

Yes, I agree with them their posts are informative, if our body are abruptly loses weight it can make us sick, when you want to loss your fat do it in a moderate manner. |

Yeah! do not pressure yourself to loss weight fast. Remember, good results needs a lot of effort, time and sacrifices. Doing such rapid exercises and dieting won't help. |
