stress can cause infertility. And if i were to choose, i don't like to be stress there's no benefit it can give. Then what to do to reduce stress?

there are a lot of reasons that causes stress. Even trying for a baby but don't have a positive result can add stress. What i did find time to relax your mind and body. This way, it give you chances in getting pregnant.

I can really say that one of the most important is to take time to rest, especially if you really feel your "full". Set aside some time where you won't be disturbed and do something you enjoy.

Try to have a hot bubble bath, watching movie, or reading a book that you are interested and enjoy. This can really help reduce stress.

For you to reduce your stress why not talk to your partner, your best friend, or anyone that has the same experience as you.

My friends told me to meditate and do yoga. I'm eight months pregnant and im very irritable.
