there are a lot of reasons that causes stress. Even trying for a baby but don't have a positive result can add stress. What i did find time to relax your mind and body. This way, it give you chances in getting pregnant. |

I can really say that one of the most important is to take time to rest, especially if you really feel your "full". Set aside some time where you won't be disturbed and do something you enjoy. |
