We all know that fertility and pregnancy dont mix. Well, so does smoking and fertility. Smoking can actually reduce fertility in men and women. Men who smoke have lower sperm count and women who smoke have lowered fertility.

Not only smoking but also second hand smoke. Increase chances of conceiving by quitting!

I have read several studies on this. It seems that men who quit smoking improved their sperm production by 800%!!!

Yes, I definitely agree on this. Those men and women who smoke has higher chances of having infertility problems. That's why to avoid this, better quit smoking as soon as possible.

We all know that by inhaling smoke is really bad for our body. In addition to the incredibly damaging effects, smoking is by far one of the most impact lifestyle variables when it comes to fertility issue.

Decrease fertility by delaying time to conception: delay of one year or greater found to be 3 to 4 times more likely in smokers.

Smoking is linked to increase in menstrual dysfunction and ectopic pregnancies.

Nothing good can come out of smoking. Aside from these mentioned, smoking is one of the factors that causes lots of types of cancers!

It is a risk for our health, when we smoke or if we are only a second hand smokers, it is still dangerous. Much more to the woman who want to conceive. Better to stay away to those who are smokers.

Why is it men had to risk their lives in smoking? What is in smoking that they may get? Try to think twice of a smoke in a fire then grasp it in your hand s and then swallow it. What can you say of that certain person? And to think that it may make the sperm cells slower in its movement.
