It differs from woman to woman but usually it is a late period with some vomiting and nausea. Tiredness and fatigue is also common.

1) Vomiting/morning sickness
2) Missed period

My sister had persistent headaches during the time she suspected pregnancy. NOt just with her first child but with the second one too. I think it differs from woman to woman.
