Good! Thank you, for joining this forum, I got a knowledge from you about the hours which fertilization may occurs. I am now aware of keeping the time after our sexual play with my husband. Before, I immediately get up from bed after the play, this might the reason that I have not yet conceived. A million thanks to you, Ladydeverly! |

for humans the vagina and the fallopian tube seems like a short distance away... a couple of inches. however, if you're a tiny sperm it takes 2-3 hours! hurray for the mighty sperm! |

Yeh! that's Great!Only God can make a man. How can you imagine the work of fertilization! There are couple who wanted to destroy the life of the fetus inside the uterus, It is a pitiful sight looking to the sperm cells work hard in order to meet an egg cells,so to form a human being someday, but then the mother who have no heart, aborted the fetus! Where is her heart! |

Sperm live longer than the egg. Eggs are only viable for around a day after it is released, but the sperm lives longer - up to 5 days in the uterus. However, timing is still important. |

Its a numbers game. Egg needs to be fertilized within 12-24 hours of release. Sperm can live up to 5 days. it takes the sperm 3 hours to reach the uterus. Women only have 20% chance of getting pregnant each month. |

Poor sperm. Even if it takes three hours for them to reach the egg, not all of them make it. some are killed during the journey to the egg and only the fastest and strongest sperm is able to fertilize the egg. |

wow... that long... this is why timing is important. Women have only 20% chance of getting pregnant per month and that decreases with age. |
