Were you referring to before you found out you were pregnant, or when you were well into the pregnancy?
If it's the former, the answer is related to what Fate says, minus the baby.
Before you even knew that you were pregnant or started to show, your uterus was getting larger. Fluids start to increase in the body as the womb prepares for what's coming - a temporary home for your baby. The growing uterus adds physical pressure on your bladder, while the extra fluids has to be processed through the kidneys & bladder. That is what makes you feel like peeing often.
