Too much stress at work, poor diet, no regular exercise - all these combined can have several effects on a woman's body that may lead to having difficulty conceiving. Note the word `may`. There are other factors.

Have you experienced miscarriage more than once? Do you have irregular periods? Are you estrogen deficient? The list can go on forever.

My best advise, get help from professionals. If you are serious about having a baby, go set an appointment now!

Many women have asked this question. The simple answer is yes. It will have an effect on your body.

How long have you been TTC? Has it been over a year? If it is, see a doctor already. Don't wait anymore. Stress alone won't prevent you from pregnancy. Other more pressing matters may be the cause.

yes Neri. Stress has effect on female fertility. it's true that sometimes being stress is inevitable. My advise is, when times that you can't avoid this matter just keep praying to God and ask His guidance that you ca handle it with peace and joy in mind & heart. In this way, your stress will reduce.
