I have read at the back portion of the box of "fit right (a herbal supplement)" that ampalaya makes women fertile. is this true?

No idea. But I heard green leafy vegetables can increase or help overcome infertility.

maybe, but eating healthy foods especially vegetables and fruits may increase fertility

this is a very well known vegetable. That's why i wonder why you don't know this. You can buy this in the market or in the grocery's inside the mall. The color is green.

I do agree that this vege is fertility booster. In fact, this is one of the natural method in boosting fertility.Coz this vege is rich in vit b and iron and a fertility regulation vegetable.

Ampalaya in the states is called bitter gourd. Ampalaya is what it's called in the Philippines.
