I agree with raquel_q. Caffeine can be detrimental if you are TTC. Also if you are having fertility treatment or taking fertility drugs, it would be wise to stay away from tea, coffee, soda and other colored beverages as it can affect your kidneys while undergoing treatment. |

Im not really fond of tea but Ive heard a lot of things about green tea over the years. In Japan over 75% of the male population smoke and yet they have very few incidents of stroke and heart disease. This is all thanks to the benefits of drinking 8-10 cups of green tea per day. |
