In layman words, that is a type of cancer that develops in the woman's womb.

Usually, Choriocarcinoma occurs after a pregnancy. It is highly malignant. The cancerous cells multiply and spread fast to the other organs of the body, particularly the lungs. The cancer cells begins from the tissues of the reproductive system & spreads through the blood stream.
