Endometriosis is a condition in which tissue from the uterine lining grows outside the uterus, on the ovaries, fallopian tubes, bladder, and/or bowel. Research indicates that it accounts for between 5 and 30 percent of female infertility.

actually there are plenty of signs:

1.1. Period Pain
1.2. What comes out - Woman with Endometriosis will often experience dark, stale looking blood and lumps within their period. It can often be stringy or even sticky.
1.3. premenstrual symptoms
1.4 prone to bladder infections
1.5. digestive system is usually under strain as Endometriosis is largely due to an underactive liver function.

More signs:

a. Low immune system and allergies
b. Feeling tired and listless
c. Emotional Fluctuations
d. Soreness in the shoulders
e. Heartburn, indigestion and soreness in the stomach- tummy sensitivity

the most common sign of endometriosis is severe pelvic (lower abdominal) pain
