i think this is nature's way of balancing things out. carrying and giving birth is hard on the female body so imagine doing this in your 50's or 60's.

For practically reasons and it is not safe also for grandmothers to be pregnant at their age. It is too risky.

It's because of age. The older the woman is, the older eggs she will produce. Then in 15 years before a woman's menopause, her ovarian reserves begins to decline.

Cant imagine being a dad in my 70's... i imagine i would be retired by then, not trying to save on my social security so that I can send my kid off to college some day. Speaking of collage, I'll be 88 before my kid's out of the house!!!!
