really? isnt vaginal dryness related to some sort of irritation or menopause? i hear though that this is highly treatable and quite easy to manage. so this should not have a big impact of fertility right?

Yes, vaginal dryness is problem for women during or after menopause but it can also occur at any age. So, with regards to women in younger generation having already this kind of problem, it can have great impact on their sexual life and fertility.

Is astrophic vaginitis the term used for vaginal dryness? This is a problem encountered by lots of women who are going through menopause right?

I think vaginal dryness is not a problem for infertility because most women who experience this is experiencing menopause already..this is more of a menopausal problem and not so with infertility.
