I used to think before that it's good to norture your body with lots of things during pregnancy. But I have read an article that it's important that even before you are not yet pregnant but is planning to get pregnant,you have already nortured your body..as sort of preparation for pregnancy.

Yes it is. Even if you're still in the planning stage, it is better to get ahead and get healthy. Quit smoking, cleanse toxins and take follic acid even before getting pregnant.

Avoid taking some harmful medicines and eating lots of junk foods and drinking coffee if you really want to have a good pregnancy in the future.

love your body to make it baby friendly. eat a balanced diet everyday and exercise regularly.

Yeah, that's true. Our body is God's temple so we must love it and take good care of it because it's the only body that we have and it can be used also in creating another human being that we also need to love and care forever.

nurturing and giving your body nourishment when you are TTC is very important. A good lifestyle can do wonders to not only getting healthy but also getting pregnant.
