Women with hostile cervical mucus or have a low amount have a hard time getting pregnant. This is because the cervical mucus protects the sperm from the acidity of the vagina.

Hostile mucus like the one I have is not receptive to sperm. It kills the sperm before reaching the uterus making it hard to get pregnant.
