If you truly love your partner, you will accept him for who he is. True love is accepting her/his imperfections. There are lots of couples who have the same problem. Some of them would resort to adopting a child. Others would go for what they called surrogacy. Have you watched the movie Back up plan in which the protagonist is Jennifer Lopez? The movie would give you the idea how can you conceived without having any sexual intercourse. The sperm was injected to her uterus and fortunately she got twins. The movie was realistic.

I agree with blossom. Just find time to think about it whether you will let go your partner or not. But think of it also, if the difficulty in giving a child is the only thing you are bothered with, there are lots alternatives in order for you to get pregnant.

i understand on your part, however, if you love to your husband is true you will understand him and would help him. Anyway, there are now many available alternative and infertility treatment that can help him. You can approach this problem to a doctor too.

I like to stretch this out that your'e husband is not alone and there are now help which is readily available. According to recent research, it indicates that less than 10% of men with impotence seek treatment.

There is no cure on it however there's a good news. The good news is that, there are a number of very effective treatments now widely available. One is viagra which is considered as original impotence pill and many men worldwide have been treated successfully and have been able to resume an active sex life.

Ladywhite, your husband can also try to use Cialis, Levitra and other ED medications for impotence. If he is not comfortable in viagra.

Yeah i agree on them. In fact, Psychosexual Therapy is one of available treatment for impotence.

Another treat is called a vacuum pump treatment. This is a plastic cylinder and will work by placing the device over the penis. Sucking out the air from the tube creates pressure and blood is forced rapidly into the penis (simulating what happens in an erection). Then a ring is applied temporarily to the base of the penis to stop the blood draining away too quickly then it sustains the erection.

Chelsy - April 4th, 2011 3:40 PM

Transurethral therapy (Muse) can also help. A small pellet of a medication is put directly into the urethra- a tube that runs through the penis and carries urine from the bladder and out through the tips of the penis. Then the drug is absorbed into the erectile tissue of the penis which gives erection within five to ten minutes.

Uprima is one way of treating impotence. this is still a pill taken under the tongue. Uprima dissolves within about 15 minutes and is effective for up to two hours and will not work without sexual stimulation.

Penile Prosthesis Treatments for Impotence includes two types namely: the semi-rigid type penis implant and the hydraulic type penis implant. But
You should not consider a penile prosthesis (implant) until other forms of treatment have been tried.
