I think they have special machines that measure motility per cc just like in sperm count. We havent tried this, but I think it would be better if your partner has not ejaculated for 2-3 days to determine both count and motility more accurately. |

I wasnt there but it involves some adult movies and jerking into a cup... LOL... anyway, they are quite accurate in determining motility, quality and count. We even had a second opinion to make sure. |

There are test packs that you could use at home. I think they are accurate as pregnancy test packs are. |
