Exercises performed with stability ball can really help burn fats and build muscles but i don't know if they can help also with the "shooting" thing for men that you are talking about. |

Male and female exercises are the same. Pretend that you are holding in your pee and then release the muscles. Repeat 10x and do this three times a day! |
